Yes, the California Clean Fuel Reward offers up to $750 in savings with the purchase or lease of an eligible new Battery Electric (BEV) or Plug-in Hybrid (PHEV) vehicle. This can be combined with the federal tax credit.
Clean Vehicle Assistance Program (CVAP)
The Clean Vehicle Assistance Program provides grants up to $5,000 and affordable financing to help low-income Californians purchase a new or used hybrid or electric vehicle. Our goal is to make clean vehicles accessible and affordable to all who qualify.
A rebate of up to $2,000 is also available for participants to purchase and install a home charger. CVAP cannot be stacked with Clean Cars for All.
