I bring my car to the dealership because the staff in the service department has earned my trust over the years. I'm always well informed of the repairs needed and why they are needed, etc. I very much appreciate the communication and honesty exhibited by the service reps and when it comes time to purchase a new car, I'll be looking to this dealership first.
