I can't imagine a way to make this experience any better than it was! Teresa, Jaden, Kevin, Michael, and Elizabeth - thank you so much for making this experience amazing. We had just come off a very bad experience at Sierra Chevrolet in Monrovia. We decided to go to Felix Chevrolet later that same night and they took an awful experience and made it amazing! They stayed open 4 hours past closing time just to see the process all the way through. We called before going over to be sure there was inventory for what we were looking for. Teresa was very helpful in locating the vehicle we were looking for and assured us it would be ready to go once we arrived. Jaden greeted us right at the door and helped answer some questions while we waited for them to pull the vehicle around. Kevin was our main guy throughout the entire process. Honestly, felt like we were buying a car from a friend. Kevin was awesome. Got to know us as people and was so helpful along the way. I would definitely consider coming back for another car and would be sure to schedule an appointment specifically with Kevin just because of how awesome the process was. Michael took the time out of his night to show us around the facility while they got the car and paperwork ready and he also took part in working through some of the final numbers with us. Elizabeth made the boring paperwork process fun! She stayed late and was so efficient in working us through the entire process. Can't say enough great things about this dealership and the experience. I wish I could give more than just 5 stars!
