The 1st time I went, I felt that they were not trying to work with me. I was done with the dealership. I gave the dealership a second chance because I got a call from Gustavo. He was able to help me out and got me a great deal. He was the reason that I purchased a vehicle from Felix. He made the process very easy and quick. I wouldāve gone somewhere else if it wasnāt from him. He did a great job.
